Top Biden Staffer Admits The Truth About Democrats

The Democratic Party is in trouble—and this time, it’s not just Republicans pointing it out. A former Biden White House staffer just delivered a blistering on-air confession: the Democrats are bleeding support from young men, and their biggest mistake wasn’t just the message—it was the messengers themselves.

The warning came during a segment on Fox News when Yemisi Egbewole, a former Biden staffer, responded to a poll showing the Democratic Party’s approval rating at a dismal 27 percent. That number was especially low among young male voters—a demographic that’s been shifting toward Donald Trump since 2016 and seems to be fully jumping ship.

Egbewole didn’t hold back. She admitted that the Democrats have failed to connect with the new generation and are still relying on political strategists from the Obama years to shape their outreach in 2025. “We’ve got to change the messengers as well,” she said bluntly, implying that the party’s once-revered architects like David Axelrod and Valerie Jarrett are now more of a liability than an asset.

Her frustration is grounded in a brutal political reality. Democrats have launched a $20 million plan called “SAM” — short for “Speaking with American Men” — to figure out how to win back young male voters who’ve been drawn to the bold, straight-shooting energy of conservatives like Trump, Joe Rogan, and Theo Von. According to internal documents obtained by The New York Times, the project includes bizarre attempts to “study the syntax, language, and content that gains attention and virality” among young men online.

It’s a strategy that reeks of desperation.

While Democrats brainstorm ways to go viral on Twitch, Republicans are connecting with working-class men by addressing the actual issues that matter: the wide-open border, inflation, energy prices, jobs, and the cultural collapse playing out in real time. It’s no secret why young men are drifting right. When Democrats told them they were “toxic,” tried to erase women’s sports, and handed endless privileges to illegal migrants, they checked out. When the GOP offered a message of strength, responsibility, and freedom—they tuned in.

Even Alan Dershowitz, a lifelong Democrat, recently criticized Harvard and other elite institutions for pushing foreign students over Americans, echoing Trump’s call to strip federal funding from Ivy League schools that insult the very country that funds them. That’s the kind of clarity voters can understand—especially young men who feel their futures are being sold out by globalist, elitist policies.

This isn’t just a communication breakdown. It’s an identity crisis.

The left has painted itself into a corner where any message that appeals to masculinity, tradition, or basic logic is labeled as bigotry. So now they’re stuck wondering why voters who still believe in things like national borders, personal responsibility, and truth are turning away from them.

The Democrats’ answer? More think tanks. More consultants. More online language studies.

Meanwhile, Republicans are talking to men like men. They’re saying, “We see what’s going on. We won’t let your daughters be forced to compete against boys. We’ll fight for your job, protect your kids’ schools, and defend your freedom to speak, think, and worship.”

No focus group needed.

The truth is, Democrats don’t need a $20 million initiative to figure out what’s going wrong. They just need to open their eyes. Young men aren’t leaving because they’re confused or misled by memes. They’re leaving because they’ve seen what the Democratic Party stands for—and they want no part of it.

As for the Obama-era veterans still clinging to the steering wheel, Egbewole’s shot across the bow may be the first sign that even Democrats are realizing it’s time for them to step aside.

But here’s the kicker: changing the messengers won’t work if the message is still broken.
